My favorite STEM fields are computer science, engineering and environmental sustainability.

Hi! My name is Nivrithi Varghese and I am currently a freshman at Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN. My favorite STEM fields are chemistry, engineering, and environmental science. I like to Ski and play lacrosse.

I’m Michaela, I play the cello and I’m part of multiple music groups. I am president of the GTiYO student council. I love to read and bake, my favorite tv show is Bones. I was born in Guatemala and I can also play the piano.

Lena Ahmed

I am a senior in high school and love science. I belong to NFS and was awarded 1st place by the American Psychological society, for a research project. Growing up in Khartoum Sudan, I did not have many opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities and STEM related activities. I am excited to be part of this initiative and be able to introduce younger kids to STEM related activities and tackle the gender barrier. I hope to pursue a career in the medical field in the future and provide the highest quality healthcare for all those in need.

Hi, I am a senior in high school. I enjoy STEM subjects specifically Math. I also enjoy theater and participated in several school plays.

Amuthan Muthukumar

Hi, I am Amuthan Muthukumar Aruna and I am a 7th grader at the junior high. I love reading books, doing math, playing chess, and doing any STEM related activities. I do karate too where I will soon graduate with a black belt. I am a student council member at Perrysburg junior high.
